That conspiracy theory comes from “The Other Side: the Secret Relationship Between Nazism and Zionism,” a 1982 doctoral dissertation by Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.
Yet in widely reported comments, Abbas on Sunday was quoted as calling the Holocaust “the most heinous crime to have occurred against humanity in the modern era.”
